Our Standards
PKH Computing reviews are guided by three principles:
- Accuracy - We check specification, support and warranty claims against primary documentation and reputable independent evidence where it is available.
- Real-world relevance - We prioritise the situations people encounter when buying, setting up, maintaining and upgrading computing hardware.
- Value honesty - We explain the current price context, the compromises involved and when waiting is the better choice.
We do not represent a product as hands-on tested unless the article explicitly says so. For research-led articles, we identify the decision criteria and compare the evidence available at the time of review.
What We Do Not Do
- Accept payment for reviews or coverage placement
- Let affiliate commission rates influence which products we recommend
- Give brands approval over an article before publication
- Guarantee favourable coverage in exchange for a sample or briefing
Updating Our Content
We review and update articles when a material product change, new support information or sustained pricing shift affects the recommendation. Corrections are made where an identifiable factual error is found. Each article displays its most recent review date; availability and price remain subject to change at the retailer.
